Production Description

This is New arrival Circular manhole cover with pressure Round tank manway door Full view glass, manufactured as per China manhole cover production standard. It’s round type and its material could be 304 3016L 321 304L 316. The surface is treated with Mirror or matt polished. Diameter:300mm Height:100mm Thickness:3mm Max. pressure:4Bar. We could accept OEM production, manufacturing according to your drawing and size. Manhole cover Product packaging: carton, shock film. External processing: According to user requirements to sample processing non-standard products.Its main parts include 1 piece of 1.4301/1.4404 frame, 1 piece of 1.4301/1.4404 Cover, 1 piece of silicone EPDM FRM Gasket,Tempered glass, Nelon Handle,T304 Flange,Swing bolt,Screw,Nut,Cotter pin

The manhole is a safety emergency ventilation device installed on the top of the storage tank. Usually it is used together with a fire-extinguisher and a mechanical breathing valve to avoid accident when the tank is damaged due to sudden overpressure or vacuum caused by unexpected reasons. It is safety fitting to protect storage tank with the advantage of constant pressure discharge, constant pressure inhalation, flexible opening and closing, fire safety, compact structure, good sealing performance, safe and reliable.

The manhole cover could be used for food and beverage, beer and fine chemicals
This product is made of SUS304,316L, can meet the food grade, fixed on the top of pressure tank and container. It could be under pressure up to 1000Kp (10bar). It’s smooth, seamless and the manufacturing process is in strict and using computer 30 design for quality control.
